J LIFE

FEED THE POOR • EDUCATE THE NEXT GENERATION • HELP OTHERS TO HELP THEMSELVES

J Life is a Hong Kong registered charity founded in 2013 with a vision to mitigate child poverty and cross generation poverty in Sham Shui Po and neighbouring areas by changing attitudes and improving life chances. Our mission is to feed the poor, educate the next generation, help others to help themselves, relieve poverty and connect network resources. Our 850 registered low income families include new immigrants, single parents, subdivided-flat tenants or CSSA recipients; to whom we provide holistic help.

Our Youth Centre J Café focuses on helping teenagers and has nurtured over 150 youths; while our Music and Food Resources Centre (Meal “惜” Box) hosts nursery and music classes. Together, with your help, we plan to extend our care to more of those in need.
